Cutting the Flame Cheatline in Five Panels

The A320 cheatline was built for three fuselage panels: nose, mid, aft. It reads as one continuous sweep because three panels is forgiving — the eye fills in the gaps.

Five panels on the A330 is a different problem. Each seam is a place the gradient can visibly break, and a five-piece UV split means the paint has to be planned across all five sheets before a single pixel goes down, not painted panel-by-panel and hoped into alignment.

The fix was the same one real livery shops use: paint the whole cheatline as one continuous strip first, then slice it into the five UV tiles afterward, instead of painting tile-by-tile and hoping the seams line up.
